This is the second of a series of CIPD workshops looking at the core behaviours that make up the HR Profession Map.

This workshop will highlight the five key areas highlighted in the Professional Courage and Influence section of the map.

The session will help you:

• Contribute views and opinions clearly
• Provide information accurately and in a timely way
• Initiate purposeful conversations with a range of people
• Understand the impact of different influencing and communicating styles in a range of situations
• Recognise and accept mistakes
