Refreshments

We are providing light refreshments on arrival and during the interval (tea, coffee, juice, water, pastries, fruit, biscuits). We will have a variety of dietary options available, however attendees with allergies are responsible for their own health and safety. If you have severe allergies, please let us know before Wednesday 1st October. If you wish to stay on campus after the event to have lunch or work remotely, the college canteen has lots of great food on offer (at great prices) and the campus boasts the cheapest Starbucks coffee you've ever come across!

The Campus & Accessability

The event will be hosted in the Antonine Suite, on the ground floor, right across from the reception. You are welcome to stay on campus to work after the event too.

Getting There

The campus has ample parking (with some EV chargers), as well as overflow parking available in the Falkirk Stadium car park nearby. It is a 5-minute bus journey or 20-minute walk from Falkirk Grahamston train station, and there is a bus stop right outside. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at the venue.

Hybrid Option

Although we would love to see you in person, we will also be hosting a live hybrid option for those who cannot make it to the campus. You will receive instructions on how to join online via email. It will be hosted on Zoom.
