Transformational Fundraising Group hosts an enjoyable, monthly interactive session, for a small group of fundraisers who are committed to overcoming their challenges and limitations and transforming their fundraising, through sharing their experiences and developing their skills.
A culture of confidentiality, support and accountability pervades our sessions.
The session has three parts.
We celebrate our recent successes, reflect on what made them successful, which skills ensured they were a truimph, who was involved in them and how can we ensure that future successes follow.
Each person brings a challenging situation that they wish to discuss. We use each other’s experiences and varied perspectives to help resolve our own fundraising challenges, saving us time, energy, money and frequently a lot of frustration, to get a short-cut to a solution.
Each month we have a mini workshop session, around a theme for personal and/or professional development. Subjects that will be covered include:
Networking with businesses
Defining our values
Measurements of success
Extrovert & introverted thinking
These mini workshops build knowledge on an ongoing basis. In a sector where Continuous Professional Development (CPD), is often expensive or none existent, these coaching sessions provide bitesize affordable CPD that small and medium size charities can access.

What is the refund policy?
Full price will be refunded up to 5 days before the event. Less than 5 days, an alternative date will be offered, less than 48 hours and the full price will be forfeit.
