Professional Development Day for University Chaplains - The Contemporary Fa...
Wed 28 June 2017, 11:15 – 16:45 BST
The aim of the day is to reflect together on the changing place of religion and spirituality in society, how that is expressed in the university, and what implications there are for chaplaincy, including in work with student societies. In preparation, participants are invited to think about how religion and spirituality are perceived and treated within their own universities and what issues they face in working with student faith (and other) societies. During the day there will be both ‘up front’ input and opportunities for all to share their wisdom and questions.
