WORKSHOP

Liz will offer a workshop based in contemporary dance technique that draws on the experience and energy of dancing solo in lockdown to activate new insights into our solo dancing bodies. The workshop builds on the awakened awareness we have to our enclosed environments, how we can draw strength and new insights during times of lockdown, enabling the mind and body to fly freely.
