Spring Term Professional Recognition Programme: Associate Fellow and Fellow (AFHEA/FHEA)

Overview


The professional recognition workshops are to support you to gain an internationally recognised fellowship for your teaching or learning support experience. These workshops support colleagues to apply for Associate Fellowship or Fellowship of Advance HE (AFHEA and FHEA).

This sign-up is for the Spring term programme. You will receive a link to join the online sessions prior to the dates listed. These workshops take a ‘flipped’ approach. Colleagues will be asked to read and/or watch materials in advance of the session. Attendance at every session is not mandatory and recordings of the sessions will be shared.


Programme for Spring Term:

Thursday 15 January 2026 ,1-2pm

Thursday 12 February 2026,1-2pm

Thursday 12 March 2026, 1-2pm

Thursday 9 April 2026, 1-2pm

Who Should Attend

This workshop is open to all UAL staff interested in AFHEA and FHEA recognition.


Where

This event will take place online. Please sign up using your UAL email and you will receive the link in your outlook calendar to the online event space prior to the events.

Please only register for yourself, if you wish to share with others please refer them to the event listing. Please note that this is for UAL Staff only (or student PhD staff who teach). Only some of our events are open to students and/or people from outside UAL. Please check the 'Who Should Attend' section above to make sure you are eligible.
