About this event

Content is focused on a doctors professional responsibilities when patient safety concerns arise, if they have concerns about a colleagues’ health or behaviours, or in the event of a serious patient safety incident. GMC and other requirements in relation to raising and responding to concerns, reflective practice and duty of candour will be explored via case discussion within breakout groups.

This course is led by Liz Price, Head of Training and CPD Advisory Services.

This course has been accredited by the Royal College of Physicians for 2 CPO credits

Our Professionalism series contains three Zoom courses: (1) When things go wrong, (2) Ensuring compliance with conduct requirements and (3) Maintaining Boundaries. Book on all three via our events pages to ensure your CPD covers the range of professionalism risks you might find yourself exposed to.

Prior to the event delegates can request a transfer to a future or alternative course.

MDDUS absorb the Eventbrite booking fee for this course (which is between £3 - £5)

Refunds can be requested in advance; however, Eventbrite will deduct the booking fee from any refund requested.

MDDUS is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in relation to attendance at remote training courses. This includes if the course is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled.

What happens if we cannot access this event due to a technical issue?

Please ensure you have full access to Zoom before booking this course. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course you can request a transfer to another course without incurring a fee.
