An interactive session which focuses on understanding the meaning of professionalism and the values, attitudes and behaviours that reinforce this.  During the session participants will explore internal and external factors which influence professional behaviour and consider the significance of professional behaviour in relation to quality of service and outcomes. Participants will gain knowledge of how professional values and standards are acquired within the workplace and will learn how to enhance their own capacity to nurture professionalism in others.

This event is of benefit to individuals and teams and will support continuing professional development and effective teamworking.
