For those attending Churchill College in person:
- From 2.00pm, Tea & Coffee on arrival outside The Wolfson Hall
- From 2.30pm, a series of speakers will talk about David's life and achievements for about 1 hour in The Wolfson Hall
- Refreshments will be served in the Dining Hall after the eulogies
- Dress code - no black

Gathering at The Castle pub on Castle Hill, Cambridge:
In the true tradition of British Antarctic Survey, when someone leaves there is a celebration at the Castle. Join us from 6.30 – 8.00pm – food and drinks will be available to purchase from the bar.
