KAM DOVEDI

Kam Dovedi is a highly respected UK Leading Property Expert who has been investing for over 29 Years. Having survived and thrived in 3 of the UK's Largest Recessions, Kam is highly acclaimed for how he is able to find the adapt to and predict what is going to happen next in the Property Market and how to profit from the challenges and opportunities that arise.

He has implemented and still does implement a variety of property investing strategies successfully, such as: buy to lets, HMOs, Permitted Developments, New Builds, Commercial Conversions & Title Splits.

Kam does now have a Significant Multi-Million Pound Property Portfolio, but it wasn't always like that (that's a story for another day).

He's passionate about property, and how it can change people's lives for the better, which is why he believes in sharing proven information with you, that you can actually use to move forward.

Colin Horton

Colin is an award-winning leasehold valuation surveyor with over 5000 lease extensions and enfranchisements under his belt. He works for both landlord and tenant and has been in the sector for 15 years. He also co-owns Project & Co who are an award winning building consultancy, as well as recently launching Flat, the UK’s first flat-only estate agency. He also starred in Channel 4’s hit property competition Selling Super Houses and has a top 11 podcast called Candid.

Craig Beesely

After completing a degree in Business & Marketing he began his career in retail management before developing several properties.

He moved into mortgage advice in 2006 and over the last 15 years has held a range of roles from Sales Director of a London brokerage before progressing to senior positions in two property consultancy firms.

He is also a landlord with his own portfolio, having been involved in property and finance for many years.

Craig specialises in property investment and buy to let and speaks at a number of property events about the most effective ways to mortgage and fund property.
