Progress and Policy Network present the Progressive Britain Conference 2021

About this event

On Sunday 16 May 2021, Progress and Policy Network are hosting The Progressive Britain Conference. Join us online as we discuss the challenges facing progressives as we come to terms with our new post-Brexit, post-Covid world – and their long-term effects on contemporary society.

Featuring speakers from the across the UK and beyond, we’ll be asking:

What does a progressive future look like for the UK – and what is Labour’s message to the nation?

What policies should Labour pursue if it is to guarantee a progressive recovery?

What are the main social policy challenges to come out of Covid – and how can we ensure that progressives have the answers to them?

Are our Progressive values fit for the 21st century?

How can we work with fellow progressives across the globe to secure a better, global future? What lessons can we all learn from US President Joe Biden?
