The Project and Change Management Network (PCMN) runs termly events on campus to share information, knowledge and ideas, network with colleagues from across the university and learn practical skills to help develop project management at DMU.

We will be looking at how projects can work successfully with faculties and how to practically manage risk in a project setting.
