Event description

Description

There is a continually growing market for project management skills across different organisational sectors for the following reasons:

- Organizations are becoming more oriented

- Organisations are looking to improve their project success rates

- Organisations are recognising the link between strategic ambitions and projects

- As work becomes more global and complex, this drives demand for improved project management

For me, everything rises and falls with leadership. The role of an effective leader in any organisation is fundamental to the success of the organisation. Leadership is an essential skill and a requirement for any person or business aiming to achieve their goals.

The power to achieve our vision and remain sustainable is strongly reliant on our leadership.

The requirement for these two combined training opportunities is fundamental in gaining suitable employment, managing a business or delivering community projects in today’s world. Both training are now becoming more recognized in different organisations and present people who have these skills and training with the opportunity of transferable skills.

Participants will learn / develop their skills set through a facilitated and interactive sessions which will make what they learn easier for them to implement immediately in their personal life and employment/business.

Skills that will be learnt on both topics are transferable skills that define a logical process of delivery work. It can boost the chances of gaining employment, help business owners to work more effectively and community projects to be delivered more efficiently.

Project Management and Leadership training are both life time skills once you acquire them.

The training aims to benefit the following people:

- Unemployed who want to get back into employment or start a business

- Those who may already be working (low income) but want to develop their skills

- Those who run their own (low income) business but want a more structured way of doing it

- Those delivering community lead projects

- Anyone who wants to learn about project management and leadership, who do not have enough income to pay for it themselves
