X-CITED is proud to host - Principles and Applications of Project Management for RTPs:
In this interactive session, understand advanced project management principles, gain practical project management tools and techniques and enhance your people and influencing skills.
This is designed for staff members within GW4 working in a wide range of technical, specialist, research, data, and engineering roles — including (but not limited to) Senior Technicians, Technical Specialists, Research Technicians, Engineers, Laboratory Managers, Data Officers, Facility Managers, Experimental Officers, Instrument Specialists, and Research Software or Data Professionals.
Whether you work to enable research, lead specialist services, manage facilities, develop software, analyse data, or deliver hands-on technical expertise, this session will help you learn the principles of project management and develop skills and tools to continue to improve.
No prior project management experience is required.
