About this event
In this 2 day course, you will have an overview of the lifecycle of project management and will focus on areas such as stakeholders, planning and managing risks in order to enhance the opportunities for success in your projects.
This course gives people an opportunity to examine past projects or future ones in the exercises.
At the end of this 2-day course you will have an understanding of:

The 2-day programme is delivered over two weeks so that participants can manage work and busy personal lives. It is delivered in an engaging and interactive way to enable the application of learning to your own projects and work context.

This programme is designed and delivered by experienced facilitators with backgrounds in project management, consultancy, leadership and change. Facilitators will create an environment for delegates to learn a range of project management principles and techniques, using group exercises and case study exercises to enable the application of the principles and tools covered as much as possible.
