When the work won't flow

In this interactive workshop we explore why work often stalls and how to restore flow. Using engaging examples, participants will uncover what happens when demand exceeds capacity, where blockages arise, and how hidden inefficiencies slow teams down.

The session introduces simple flow concepts, highlights common challenges such as “priority pinball” and “flow fog,” and offers practical ways to reduce backlogs, improve throughput, and unlock team capacity. Attendees will leave with a sharper awareness of how to spot bottlenecks and tangible actions to boost productivity and effectiveness.

Note: This is an introduction to flow concepts, those that are Green or Black belt trained will have already been exposed to these concepts and it is more of a taster for those that haven't.
