Event description
Join us for the Northern Ireland seminar on our new report: Promising Approaches Revisited

About this event

The Campaign to End Loneliness is refreshing our seminal report on effective interventions to reducing loneliness in later life.

The new report, Promising Approaches Revisited: Effective action on loneliness in later life, is updating the frameworkl for commissioners, local authorities, health bodies, third sector and other actors interested in reducing loneliness in later life.

This is an opportunity for those active in Northern Ireland to hear more about this framework and some of the promising examples we have seen across the UK.

Organizer Campaign to End Loneliness

Organizer of Promising Approaches Revisited - Northern Ireland seminar

The Campaign to End Loneliness believe that people of all ages need connections that matter.

We’ve been experts in the field of loneliness and connection since 2011. We share research, evidence and knowledge with thousands of other organisations and the public to make a difference to everyone who might be at risk of experiencing loneliness.

We inspire everyone to connect and bring communities together across the UK.

We’re hosted by What Works for Wellbeing supported by National Lottery funding through the National Lottery Community Fund, and also funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, The Tudor Trust and donations from the general public.

Together, we can end loneliness.
