Digital wellbeing refers to the ongoing process of aligning one’s technology use with personal values, goals, and overall health. It encompasses the mental, emotional, and even physical aspects of how we engage with digital devices, platforms, and content. To be digitally well is to maintain a state of equilibrium, where the benefits of technology enrich rather than diminish our quality of life.
In this webinar session, Andrew will explore the following:
- Information overload.
- Screen fatigue.
- Social comparison.
- Disruption to routine.
- Impact on social presence.
- Keeping safe.
- Striking a balance.
Live attendees will receive:
