Lucy Maxwell Scott, HR Consultant, Maxwell Scott HR Consultancy

Lucy has over 20 years’ experience as an HR consultant working in the not-for-profit sector, particularly focusing on reward and organisational change . Clients include primarily UK organisations, including various Royal Colleges, Oxford Brookes Faculty of Business, YMCAs, and hospices. Lucy worked for international NGO’s until 1999, including Oxfam, Consumers International, HelpAge International, and in 2014 returned to the sector working on a Global Reward project for the Norwegian Refugee Council.

Anna Stobart, Managing Consultant, Hafton Consultancy Ltd

Anna has over 25 years’ experience at senior level in human resources and organisational development in international NGOs, not-for profit and commercial organisations. Hafton’s clients include British Red Cross, the Disasters Emergency Committee, the International Rescue Committee and Médecins sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) focusing on managing organizational-wide change, and global reward projects.


Event Details:

This event will be covering the challenges of promoting global mobilisation through developing a reward strategy across the globe. The speakers will be drawing from their experience with international non-governmental organisations in the not for profit sector.

Who is the target audience: Anyone who works within an international HR context in the not for profit sector.
