Carers First have arranged for Kevin Pakenham from Autism East Midland to deliver 2 workshops which will cover the reasons why autistic individuals can display distressed behaviour, the definition of behaviour, effective strategies to deal with behaviours, including communication and sensory issues, functional analysis, predicting outcomes and importantly supporting behavioural change.
