Understand the elements of writing up a good volunteer role
Feel confident writing attractive and appealing text
Feel able to appeal to volunteers with a range of motivations
Understand the balance between being flexible and the needs of their organisation
Know how to write their promotional materials
Have good knowledge of the various different places they can promote their roles
This workshop is suitable for anyone trying to recruit volunteers for their community group or organisation.
