- Understanding of the counterparties to a property transaction and placing “reliance” under the MLR 2017
- Forming business relationships with higher risk customers such as PEPs
- A practical CDD exercise
- Identifying the beneficial owner and the corporate structures of UK and overseas shell companies and offshore trusts
- Beneficial ownership exercise relating to an offshore trust and shell companies
