Event description

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our Investor Networking Day & Property Tour.

A little background - My name is Mike Frisby and I am a Property Investor & Developer mostly specialising in HMO's & Development deals in the South East of England. I'm well-known for being an experienced JV partner, freehold to leasehold expert as well as a refurbishment, serviced accommodation & HMO specialist. I am also the host of the Regent's Park Property Investors Network meeting which is one of the largest Property Network meetings in the UK.

Aside from Investing, I also enjoy mentoring & coaching individuals and I'm committed and focused to help other Investors with strategies to place them on the path to prosperity.

I have allocated a day a month in 2017 to run my 'earn & learn' sessions, these Investor afternoons take place in one of my latest projects in Portsmouth and run from 1.00pm - 4.00pm with a maximum of 12 people per session.

The aim of the day is to show case my business model, to show you my current property projects outlining the facts and figures and to explain how I set up a very successful property business. You will meet my Team and have a chance network with Myself & other attendees - taking the opportunity to pick my brain too! It's also an opportunity to discuss various ways we may be able to work together in the future (for example - a previous attendee is a builder in the Portsmouth area and I have just instructed him to carry out some work on a newly completed project of mine).

As mentioned above, we meet in one of my latest projects and go on to view further properties for you to see first hand how we develop & refurbish HMO properties and Buy to Sell opportunities.

I am also working in association with Mint Bridging on a special HMO & Development finance project which I'm more than happy too share with you on the day too.

My MO is to create high end, high cash flowing properties - please join me on my journey!

I ask for a commitment fee of £20 per person, this isn't a money-making racket, it's purely to show that you are keen to come and learn/be part of the day as we can only take a few people each session due to logistics PLUS I always throw in some lovely chocolate cake/biscuits along with Tea & Coffee.

If you'd like to hear from others who have attended one of my days - please see my testimonial link below:

We also have a video link that we took of a project a couple of months ago at the point of completion, this project is now finished and we would like to show you around the finished project:

It really is a great day, I always have superb feedback and I look forward to seeing you at one of my sessions in 2017.

If you have any further questions, do get in touch with my wonderful PA (Sarah Wilkins) who very kindly arranges these dates on my behalf and she'll be able to help you with any queries you may have regarding our Property Days.
