Frequently asked questions

Is there FREE car parking at/near the event?

There is FREE parking after 5:30pm on ST Katharines Way and surrounding streets (5mins walk). Also, there is PAID parking at the hotel and at NCP London Thomas Moore Square (10mins walk)

What time do I need to arrive?

Doors open at 6:30pm for informal networking. The main event will start at 7pm and it's advised to arrive as early as possible from 6:30pm to secure the best seat.

Can I speak directly to the Guest Speakers?

Yes, the Guest Speakers will be in attendance all night and also at the post meeting networking drinks at the bar so you can network and ask them questions through the evening.

Is food / drink provided?

There is a paid bar in the hotel for food and drink pre/during/post event. Also there will be complimentary soft drinks/water available at the event.

Can I get a recording of the Speaker presentations?

Yes, with a VIP ticket you will also receive recordings of the speaker presentations.
