We're here to bring you yet another fantastic event, this time with a new improved format. After listening to what you want from an event we have decided to scrap the afternoon sessions in favour of a full evening of content. Future events will start at 5pm and run into the evening, finishing with networking in the bar.

Before getting into property himself Pete was a general builder, delivering projects for you guys. Now he is a full time property developer delivering projects for his own portfolio.

He has spent 17+ years pricing works as a builder and will share with you his mindset & methodology for arriving at the most accurate results.

Paul Tinker who was due to speak, unfortunately can't join us due to the new event time. We're hoping to welcome Paul back later in the year.

Paul, like us, is personally passionate about supporting the Help for Heroes charity, the Veteran Armed Forces charity and has asked us to promote his GoFundMe page for this very worthy cause.
