After smashing another sold out vegan takeover last month, we are back with the next ‘full fat’ installment of proportion & rest assured carnivores, there will be some ethically sourced meat & sustainable fish on the menu this time around!
Well into autumn now, Ho-rah! so you/we are going to be spoiled for choice with an abundance of awesome produce!
As before expect some ethically sourced meat from Simon, our award winning butcher & owner of Upton’s ‘best butcher shop’ in the UK!
Sustainably sourced fish from Tony at Premier fish, personally foraged goodies from the forest or scavenge along the Dorset coastline (with a little help from my foraging friend Peter)
not forgetting some proper organic vegetables from the legend that is Ian at sunnyfields farm, I’m very much looking forward to getting my hands dirty on the farm once again, proper 'farm to fork' action!
We will also be getting stocked up on some great organic wine, ales & ciders.
I’m still working on the headings & exact content for this month’s five servings, these were the dishes we did this time last year to give you a vague idea of what to expect . . .
