Hello there!

After a hectic summer juggling the kids, cooking at the café, wilderness festival & a couple of private pop up’s, we are feeling ready & excited to present our next proportion pop up!

We’re Loving the vibes doing it at Boscanova the last few months, so we have decided to do it there again! we can seat around 20 people on one long table family style!

We will be making full use of the upstairs service kitchen; the down stairs prep kitchen (AKA Jim’s lab) & the yard where we will be able to do some live fire cooking!

Sooooooo much room for activities!

As before you can expect some ethically sourced meat from Simon, our award-winning butcher & owner of ‘best butcher shop’ in the UK!

Sustainably sourced fish from Tony at Premier fish.

Foraged goodies from the forest or scavenge along the Dorset coastline (with a little help from my professional foraging friend Peter)

we will be bringing you some super local treats from Mike & his team of volunteers at ‘grounded enterprises’ an inspirational community growing project.

not forgetting some proper organic vegetables from the legend that is Ian at sunnyfields farm, I’m very much looking forward to getting my hands dirty on the farm once again proper 'farm to fork' action!

As always, we will have a great selection of local craft ales, ciders, soft drinks & new for this pop we will be using some amazing low intervention wines from vinnaturo!

I’m still working on the headings & exact content for this month’s four servings, these were four servings we did around this time last year to give you a vague idea of what to expect . . .

The exact content/elements/textures & twinkly bits of each serving will be subject to change, depending on what we can get our hands on as we lead up to the event, but . . .
