About this event
The ProShare Annual Awards Dinner is the premier event in the employee share plan industry’s calendar. The sparkling awards ceremony is a sell-out event every year, celebrating the crème de la crème of the share plans world.
Come and join us as we recognise our shortlisted companies and reveal the ultimate winners of the most prestigious and coveted awards in our sector.
For 2024’s ceremony we are thrilled to announce that we will be returning to the wonderfully smart and stylish InterContinental on London's Park Lane.

Frequently asked questions
If you are booking for more than one table, this will need to be done in separate transactions. We thank you for your understanding.
Your booking confirmation will contain your invoice. Select the 'go to my tickets' button where you will be taken to a webpage to download your invoice (note this will not contain your tickets. See below)
For table and multiple seat bookings, tickets will be sent to the booker by the ProShare/CGIUKI team to distribute to their guests. Tickets will be sent within one week ahead of the event. Please disregard any mention of tickets from Eventbrite in your confirmation email that follows your booking.
If you'd like to book for multiple guests but do not know the details of your guests just yet, these details can easily be amended/added by logging back in to your account at any time. Access your account via your booking confirmation email under ‘manage booking’.
Please ensure that all guest fields are completed two weeks ahead of the event, by the Thursday 14th November. Seating plans are required one week ahead, by the 21st November.
If you are working with a seating plan, please ensure this is confirmed ONE WEEK ahead of the event date. Please input your guest names, on the booking form, in the order you would like them to be seated with the table host details at the top. Changes after this date may not be accommodated.
If you have paid by card, a VAT receipt will be included in your confirmation email.
Your guests will be seated in the order their names are input on the booking form.
We will do our best to group your tables together. A floor / table plan will be available on the evening, displayed during the drinks reception.
Dietary requirements will be catered for. Please ensure all guests dietary information has been input by the 14th November. We will need to be aware of Vegetarian or Vegan requirements. The menu will be revealed on the evening of the event.
Yes, the cloakroom will be located by the ProShare registration desk and is free of charge.
