No - please disregard any mention of tickets via Eventbrite. You will not need to bring this with you. We will have your badge printed and ready for your arrival. Please take note of the instructions regarding last minute name changes, below.

Yes, name changes are accepted. Please log in to your Eventbrite account to change these details. Changes will need to be completed at the latest 48 hours ahead of the event. Should you have any last minute name changes, please email eventsteam@cgi.org.uk and we will do our best to facilitate.

Refunds will only be made for guests withdrawn by giving notice in writing no less than 30 days before the event. Refunds will be accepted with 30+ days notice in writing.

Yes, there will be a cloakroom available, free of charge

If you have paid by card, a VAT receipt will be included in your confirmation email.
