Protecting Trustees - How can a Trustee safeguard itself from liability?

This presentation will cover the general principles behind what protection a trustee is entitled to and circumstances in which further protection may be appropriate.

• Security
• Agreement from beneficiaries
• Court approval

The lecture will start 12pm sharp and last for approximately 50 minutes with 10 minutes for questions.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are transferable to another STEP member or colleague on the day but they are non-refundable unless 48 hours notice is given.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we are able to take names at registration so you don't have to bring your ticket.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, tickets are transferable to a colleague if you find yourself unable to attend.
