This session will cover how best to protect your business in an increasingly competitive and increasingly digital world. In particular we will look at:
• Identifying what to protect: trade secrets, confidential information and business interests
• Restrictive covenants
• Confidentiality clauses
• Intellectual property rights
• Social media and corresponding implications for protecting your business
• The limits of the law: what cannot be protected

This seminar is accredited by ICSA for 1 hour of formal CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking.
