Event description

Description

Why prune? Gardeners have used pruning to maintain plant health, increase crops and control growth shapes since the ancient Greeks, and probably long before. Come and learn the ‘why, how and when’ of pruning, and leave with the confidence to tackle most pruning jobs

Trainer: Paul Richens

Paul was the Gardeners Manager for Global Generation at the Skip Garden but is now a happy retired freelancer. Pruning is in his blood – his grandfather had orchards in Kent but these days he just maintains a small collection of fruit trees and soft fruit bushes in his London garden.

If you have any mobility requirements, please contact capitalgrowth@sustainweb.org before booking to discuss your particular needs.
