What never…ever to do as a speaker!

The deepest, darkest and most discreet mysteries of speaking revealed to you in one evening!

It’s a big claim. And you might be sceptical. But it’s all true.

You see, we wanted to make our next event even better than our previous one, especially for you. Now that’s one hell of a challenge. So, our joint-presidents Heather and Shaz, pulled in a few favours.

This is what they reported back:

We approached two giants in the speaking world. We tried to ethically bribe them but it didn’t work. We put a gun to their heads but they weren’t scared. But when we asked ever so nicely they just couldn’t refuse.

Both of our extremely successful and popular speakers are busy. There’s a good reason for that. They’re at the top of their game and they’re in huge demand.

Here’s what they’ll be doing for you:

Celia Delaney

She’s bright, brainy (Oxford educated, no less!), and breathtakingly brilliant.

Celia has put together this presentation especially for you:

iPresent: ‘Lessons for speakers from the world of comedy & cabaret’

Celia Delaney is known for her irreverent style as a comedian and MC in the PSA. Originally trained as an actress in musical theatre, she later became a wedding singer, and then trained in cabaret and now stages her own shows and gets booked to work as a speaker and after-dinner entertainer.

In this session, she is going to take you through lessons learned from her time in entertainment and relate them to how you might better craft and deliver your speaking.

She will be showing you how to:

1. Find your clown

2. Shatter the wall

3. Murder your darlings

4. Earn the ballad

5. Pare back your punchlines

There won’t be handouts, so bring something with you for taking notes, as we’re sure you’ll want to!

Our next challenge was to find someone who could not only follow her. But who could match here talents…

Roger Harrop

He’s experienced (ex-CEO of a plc), eclectic and eminent

A carefully crafted killer keynote

In this unique session Roger will:

Deconstruct, sentence by sentence, gesture by gesture, message by message

his signature keynote:

Staying in the Helicopter® - the key to profitable growth

Share important platform and voice tools

Explain why a keynote will add a zero to your fee!

Share some stories…………….

Former PSA President, Roger Harrop, The CEO Expert, is an international business growth speaker who inspires and entertains audiences with his acclaimed Staying in the Helicopter® programmes.
