PSA Staffordshire October Event
We have not one but three fabulous speakers at October's event including 2 great keynotes – The first from Nikki Owen who will deliver her keynote presentation:
"The Charisma Connection – discover the secret to audience engagement"
You don’t have to shout or show off to be charismatic. Charisma is a gateway to understanding that when you are being truly authentic you shine in your own unique way. Your energy levels transcend to a higher frequency that compels and attracts followship.
Nikki has produced a video message for you which you can watch on the PSAUK Youtube channel.
By listening to Nikki you will ...
1. Understand how to instantly connect to your own internal charisma that will attract bookers, fans and followship
2. Learn how to enhance your onstage aura to mesmerise and hypnotise your audience’s attention
3. Discover how to work with your ‘Four Minds’ for the ultimate in inspired speaking
Nikki Owen has devoted over twenty-five years to the study of charisma. Her approach, tools and techniques are powerful, controversial and create instantaneous change. Described in the media as an Edgewalker, it takes an open and curious mind to explore Nikki’s insights into the fascinating world of charisma.

Our second fabulous keynote speaker is Tiffany Kemp
Tiffany Kemp will be speaking on: “Why liars prefer email - Secrets of 21st Century Negotiation"
The practicalities of working with speaker bookers and conference organisers all over the world mean we’re rarely able to negotiate our deal face to face. Building on the latest research in how the use of technology like email impacts how we negotiate, Tiffany Kemp will share the secrets of how to get the best out of email negotiations, and avoid the pitfalls awaiting the unwary. Building on her keynote for Mega2016, she’ll leave you with tips, tools and insights that will transform your online and face to face interactions.
Tiffany Kemp encourages business people to use contracting to create more profitable deals and deliver happy customers who will buy again. Her mission is to de-mystify contracts, putting them back in the hands of business rather than being the sole preserve of lawyers.
An engineer with a Masters in Business Law, Tiffany founded her commercial contract consultancy, Devant Limited, in 2003 to provide practical and effective commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation support to businesses. Her experience of negotiating many hundreds of successful deals (and some unsuccessful ones!) has provided her with a huge store of anecdotes and case studies that illuminate her speaking and writing, providing valuable ‘hooks’ for delegates and readers to relate complex contractual concepts to their own business experience.
Tiffany is the author of ‘Deal Makers – how intelligent use of contracts can help you sell more and deliver better’ and ‘Essentials of Contract Drafting’. She contributes regularly to IACCM and other industry webinars and publications. She is a contributing editor of the IACCM’s ‘Contract and Commercial Management – an operational guide’ and a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association.
