Event Details

That’s exactly what you’ll be able to do, when you join us on Thursday 19 September 2019 for the next meeting of the Thames Valley PSA.

Here’s how:

Cut the Crap – How to Write so People Buy

Why is most business writing so bloody boring? Unclear, too. The result is that people don’t get your message and do what you hope – like book you to speak.

But if you use the approach in this workshop you’ll be clearer and more engaging. And people will be much more likely to grasp it, and be motivated to do what you want.

Ben Afia will give you the method he’s honed through training more than 35,000 people at some of the world’s biggest brands, including Vodafone, Allianz and Google.

It’s an approach that works in everything – from websites to speeches, speaker one-sheets to bios and more. This is an active workshop so please bring a piece of communication you’d like to take a fresh look at – like the home page of your website, a speaker one-sheet or your bio.

And check out Ben’s free ebook –
Cut the crap. How to write so people buy.

And then:

Grow Your Business Through Social Selling

The more relevant your social proposition to your audience and your customers, the more opportunities it will attract to your business and to you as a speaker.

In this keynote, Janice Gordon will present some of the changes we’re currently seeing in buyer behaviour, and explain what’s driving these changes. She’ll ask “How social are you?” And she’ll present what it means for your business and your speaking opportunities. Janice will offer you strategies from the Scale Your Sales Attraction framework which has helped many businesses and key influencers to increase their sales.

You’ll walk away with 6 strategies that will help grow your business through social selling – all of which will help you to get more serious about selling yourself as a speaker in today’s market.

See what else Janice has to say here.
