Building your speaking and training business - Boost your opportunities
We have two distinct streams in this month’s programme.
1 - Increasing your speaking opportunities by developing effective MC skills.
Keynote speakers are often asked to MC an event they are speaking at. This workshop will increase your chances of getting more gigs and better pay
2 - Increase sales by developing techniques to pick up the phone in a non-scary way!
Discover some techniques from “The Telephone Assassin” to take the fear out of picking up the phone
Afternoon Workshop: Alastair Greener - MC Masterclass
Keynote speakers and trainers are often asked if they can MC the event they are speaking at. This class will give participants the essential tools that every MC will need, to add value to an event.
The workshop will be a combination of important information on preparation, delivery and follow up, along with practical tips and audience participation.
At the end of this workshop you will:
• Feel more confident in the role of an MC at any event
• Learn how being a great MC can add value to your business offering
• Understand the essential skills needed to be an effective MC

Anthony Stears - The Telephone Assassin - "If you want more bookings - pick up the phone!"
In this inter-active talk, The Telephone Assassin, Anthony Stears will be showing you how to proactively approach prospects,.
Designed to help speakers understand the importance of conversation and to realise the power in their voice, the telephone assassin will be giving people the confidence to pick up the phone, and the skills to make every call count, without being “pushy or salesy”.
Anthony's methods are authentic, completely legitimate. Many PSA members are now using his techniques and have well-stuffed pipelines of work in 2017 and 2018 as a result.
You will pick up practical tips as Anthony will explain simple things YOU can do to approach your wish-list of clients with confidence.
His rise to fame has been rapid and he will mention how the PSA has helped him grow

• Know who you should be calling
• Know what to say when you get through
• Know how to stay in control of your calls
• Have more confidence, understanding your true value and what you should be charging
