“Would you be willing to tell me where to go?”
So, you have hundreds or possibly even thousands of connections on LinkedIn and elsewhere (spreadsheets, Google Docs, business cards wrapped in an elastic band in a drawer somewhere).
How can you use those contacts to find new leads and turn them from suspects to prospects then to customers and client and then advocates?
Stuart as the answers.
• Learn Stuart’s top tips of how to use an inexpensive CRM system to contact your contacts
• Find out how in the first hour of using his first CRM system Stuart got a red hot lead from a guy he’d not spoken to in 4 years
Stuart delivers Keynotes Speeches and Workshops across the world and has designed and delivered Training and One-to-One Coaching programmes for people in Sales & Customer Service roles.

Off Stage Secrets for On Stage Success
How do you prepare for a speech or training session? Are you focusing only on the content and missing out on vital preparation that will help to bring your message to life? Often it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it that determines whether your audience will listen to you.
Of course your material is brilliant but if your delivery doesn’t engage your audience, the best content in the world will never be properly heard.
In this fun and interactive session, you will learn how to:
• prepare your body so you can move and gesture with impact
• develop your voice so that it is stronger, freer and more expressive
• manage your mind so you are fully present, centred and focused and can easily connect with your audience
