Anyone can join PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® workshop regardless if you have done breathwork before or not.

What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®?

PB® is a dynamic marriage between ancient yogic breathwork and findings of contemporary neuroscience , blended with carefully selected. During the session we work with rhythmical, circular breathing together with controlled breath retention music to elevate and deepen your experience.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring the following: //your OWN matt // a blanket or pillow to sit on // another blanket to keep you warm // a pen and your journal (optional) //if you like: essential oils, crystals //please don’t eat a heavy meal 1.5 hrs before the session

What should I wear?

Please dress comfortably. You are welcome to dress up in any way that allows you to express yourself and feel free, however comfort is key. You will be either sitting or laying on the floor. Therefore, do feel free to bring anything of your own such as warm socks, comfy cardigan or shawl.

Are there any contraindications?

Accepted Answer

If you have one of the following: epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery or you are pregnant. Another breathing technique will be offered to better fit your circumstances.
