Psychedelics in Recovery (PIR) Grows Into a Global Fellowship With Daily Meetingsonline and many in person one in the UK in London— Psychedelics in Recovery (PIR), founded in 2015, is a rapidly growing international fellowship for people in recovery who also use psychedelics mindfully to support their healing.Originally a small peer-led group, PIR grew exponentially during the COVID-19 lockdowns as members around the world gathered online. Today, the fellowship has several thousand members across continents and hosts daily Zoom meetings, creating a safe, inclusive, and stigma-free space to share experiences at the intersection of recovery and psychedelic healing.
“Recovery and psychedelics are rarely discussed together, yet for many of us they are deeply connected,” said Iris a PIR member. “PIR gives people a supportive community where both can be explored without judgment.”PIR is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, or institution, and does not endorse or oppose any causes.
