The St. George's Hotel sits proudly along the beautiful coastilbe and is rooted in Landudnos history and origins as a small fishing village called Llandudno Gogarth, which later developed into a popular Victorian seaside resort. The town's growth accelerated with the arrival of the railway in 1858, making it easily accessible for holidaymakers, particularly the wealthy. Llandudno is now recognized as one of Britain's best-preserved Victorian resorts.
