This event allows the ticket holder entry to a night of connection to loved ones in spirit. In line with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2008, this event is advertised on an 'entertainment purposes only'. basis. Connection and information to loved ones may not be immediately apparent.

**The ticket price includes Eventbrite booking fees which are applied and taken at source by the provider and are non-refundable. Any refund of the fees is subject to the provider terms and we cannot guarantee fees will be refunded at the time of any refund action by the organiser.

No, the h venue does not have onsite accommodation. However, there are many hotels local to the venue both in and around Chester.

The venue does not have onsite parking but there is free kerbside parking (be believe parking is free after 6pm) and payable nearby. Please check any parking restriction signs if parking in kerbside spaces.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable*. Refunds / Date changes are considered, subject to individual circumstances and in accordance with any further scheduled dates set by the organiser. *A refund will be given if the event is cancelled by the organiser, subject to any costs incurred.
