This event allows the ticket holder entry to a night of connection to loved ones in spirit. In line with the The Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 this event is advertised on an advertised basis only. Connection to loved ones in spirit and accuracy of information given may not be immediately apparent.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable*. Refunds / Date changes are considered, subject to individual circumstances and in accordance with any further scheduled dates set by the organiser. *A refund will be given if the event is cancelled by the organiser, subject to any costs incurred.

**The ticket price includes Eventbrite booking fees which are applied and taken at source by the provider and are non-refundable. Any refund of the fees is subject to the provider terms and we cannot guarantee fees will be refunded at the time of any refund action by the organiser.

The venue has no bookable accommodation. However, feel free to book off site accommodation local if this suits your needs.

Yes, one glass of welcome presseco is included per ticket holder. There will be no food availability on the night.

There has been no rescheduling of this event to date. If rescheduling all those who have purchased a ticket will be emailed regarding transfer of tickets and refund information subject to reschedule.

Ticket sales will usually close on the date of the event at varying times of the day. We reserve the right to close sales earlier than this date. However, this is a popular event so we recommend purchasing you ticket early to avoid disappointment. We look forward to welcoming you!

Due to guest numbers at larger events a reading for every guest is not guaranteed. This is dependant on the size of the audience and the individual messages given to those who do receive a message / reading.
