Doors open at 11.30am (vendors arrive at 10.30am) you are free to wander around the stalls, get food and drink from the hotel bistro, its a relaxed atmosphere. Entry is FREE with your ticket.

If you would like to be a table vendor please email us at psihull@gmail.com with what you want to sell(The price to sell on a table is £20) we supply the table roughly 6x3.

No food or drink stalls please.

Its a great day out for all the family, set in the lovely Cave castle hotel, bring the kids!

Food and refreshments will be able to buy from the hotel bars and bistro.

Can I get tea and coffe and soft drinks?

Yes, refreshments are available from the hotel bar and bistro.

Is it wheelchair friendly?

We try our best to accommodate wheelchairs and prams, there are no steps going into the fayre or hotel.

can I rent a table to sell crafts?

Yes, we have space for table vendors, its £25 per table (first 10 vendors £20), no food or drink to be sold at the fayre. Email us at psihull@gmail.com for further details and to book.

Is there parking?

Yes, a huge car park which is free.

Can vendors get a refund?

Unfortunately we dont deal with the cash or tickets, its hosted by eventbrite.co.uk therefore refunds for vendors are none refundable.
