Event description

Description

Saint-Gobain Ecophon are pleased to present this popular and updated* practical Workplace Design Workshop incorporating both psychological and physiological factors.

The Workshop explores human tactile, visual and auditory senses and their importance in workplace design. Learn why certain personality types and sensory profiles thrive in open-plan offices and others find them over-stimulating. Discover your own sensory profile and how this impacts workplace preferences and productivity. Apply what you have learned about these complex psychological and physiological factors through hands-on practical sessions with project scenarios.

Led by a team of experts in environmental psychology, human physiology and office acoustics, this workshop is sure to be an informative, unique experience not to be forgotten.

Dr. Nigel Oseland is a workplace strategist and environmental psychologist. Tania Barney is an occupational therapist and sensory processing specialist. Paige Hodsman is an office concept developer and office acoustic specialist…..

Lunch will be served during the workshop.

In partnership with Workplace Unlimited and Tania Barney Consulting.

* This updated workshop now includes a more in-depth design exercise implementing personality and sensory processing profiles.

Note; there is an emphasis on the aural sense
