If you've ever wondered how to inform your coaching with psychology then this is the workshop for you. I will be introducing the CORE characteristics of psychologically informed coaching (these are Communication, Opportunities, Relationships, and Environment), and how you can use them in your coaching to create high performances and psychological resilient athletes.
Who is this workshop for:
This workshop is designed for head coaches, assistant coaches, coach educators, and coach developers who want to expand their knowledge of the psychology of sport coaching.
With in-depth presentation of techniques, theory and skills, along with practical ideas to apply to your coaching this workshop will provide you with skills to take your coaching to the next level.

- The CORE characteristics, what they are, where they came from, what the key coaching skills in the coachingCORE programme are.
- Gain an insight into how to use the coachingCORE principles to develop your psychologically informed coaching.
- Some key CORE skills and techniques that you can put into your coaching immediately.
This workshop is the first of a series of 5 workshops that are designed to develop a fully accredited and trained CORE psychological informed coach. Combined with the workshops on Communication, creating Opportunities, developing Relationships, and creating high performance Environments you will become a fully knowledgable, fully equipped, and insightful psychologically informed coach. This CPD event will be something that will add quality skills to you coaching practice and will have a direct effect on your athletes.
