Event description
Learn about the value of psychology in leadership, decision making and development.

About this Event

Psychology is the science of mind and behaviour. Its ability to explain human actions can be fundamentally important to businesses striving to succeed in the modern world.

As an applied science, psychology uses psychological theories and empirical research to explore how organisations can be more effective. It can also uncover answers related to talent acquisition, development, management practices, business efficiency, performance, training and health.

This webinar, hosted by BPP’s Dr Petia Paramova and Dr Tamara Shengelia, will introduce the value of psychology in a work setting. It will explore the following areas where psychology could inform business management, including:

- Selection, assessment and development

- Leadership

- Decision making

- Culture

- Health and well-being

Who is this webinar for?

While this webinar is aimed at a general business audience, we recommend for business owners and leaders looking to employ psychological tools to enhance organisational effectiveness.

We expect demand for this session to be high, so priority is given to professionals in these roles.
