It's free to join until the end of 2025. No decision has been made yet about membership fees for next year.

Yes, that's the whole point of the PBI! We're here to provide business opportunities to members; to help you start and grow your psychology-based businsess.

Do you have to be a psychologist to join the PBI?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't. While it's true that most members are psychologists or have psychology qualifications, what really matters is that your business is PSYCHOLOGY-based. So it's more about your BUSINESS focus.

I haven't yet started a business. Can I still join?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. As long as you're interested in psychology as a business, you can join. In fact, being a member will give you ideas, and you may well meet people you can collaborate with and start a business with.

I'm not a BUSINESS Psychologist as such - does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! All kinds of psychologists (e.g. Clinical, Health, Occupational, Educational, Counselling, Coaching, Research/Academic, etc.) start and grow successful businesses. And many non-psychologists run businesses which provide psychology-based services.
