Event description

Description

What makes some people lead and others follow?

In this session Eyal Pavell will discuss how we can apply different lenses to understanding leadership and unique leadership challenges. He will demonstrate the power of purpose for successful leaders and give you a clear sense of the different ways in which leaders can derail. He will provide you with a set of practical tools to help your clients navigate the multiple demands of modern-day leadership in the business world. This will equip you to coach leaders more effectively when they risk going off-kilter and to support them through the multiple transitions they may face.

This workshop will address:

  • The psychology of charisma
  • Authority and power
  • Leadership archetypes
  • Authenticity
  • Derailment

Through deepening your understanding of the psychological aspect, you will be able to work with your clients on both the behavioural and the psychological/motivational levels, bringing a new perspective to your work.

Eyal Pavell is an experienced executive coach and member of Faculty at Meyler Campbell. The founder of EP Consulting, Eyal is a published author and an invited speaker on coaching and organizational issues. Prior to coaching, he worked as a psychologist in inner-city psychiatric institution in New York City. Eyal’s first academic degree is in Film Studies and he is a true global citizen, having lived on three continents!
