What is ‘normal’ or ‘abnormal’ personality? What are the key traits that account for individual differences? What are the implications for leadership and for coaching? In this instalment of the highly successful Psychology Distilled series we will explore Personality and specifically, how it relates to leadership coaching. Eyal will offer webinar attendees a guided tour of the varied terrain of personality and personality disorders, signposts of leadership derailment, and a primer on Psychometrics measures of personality in the workplace.
To start, Eyal will explore the ‘normal’ and the ‘abnormal’, touch on the effects of genetics and environment and present a common and practical language to discuss individual differences. We will then focus on Personality in the context of leadership - including personality evaluation in the workplace, leadership derailers and practical implications for coaching.
Eyal Pavell is a faculty member at Meyler Campbell. He is a Psychologist by training and in addition to his coaching practice, he also conducts leadership assessments for many of the world’s most admired companies.
