Join us for a fun and informative Teacher Workshop ran by the Psychology Department at Lancaster University.

Hello Teachers! This workshop will provide an overview of our BSc Psychology degree and discuss strategies to better prepare students for university. Members of our teaching team can answer your questions about key skills and our current students will share their experiences about transitioning from A-level to University.
As part of the morning we will discuss:
- How colleges can prepare their pupils for our newly renovated degree programs. (Lara Warmelink)
- Provide an overview of first year stats teaching (including R) and discuss opportunities for development of relevant knowledge/skills at A-level (Margriet Groen)
- Restrictions on AI use at University and how to promote good habits at A-level (Kirsty Dunn)
- Q&A with student ambassadors
Refreshemnts served from 9:30am and a working lunch from 12:30
